Founder and Nurse Injector

Hazel has more than 10 years of Nursing experience. She earned her Masters in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) at the University of Texas in Arlington. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She also completed training as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA). She’s currently working as an Orthopedic First Assistant. Her favorite surgery is an ACL reconstruction. She received her aesthetics training with National Laser Institute and is excited to use her skills and knowledge help others feel beautiful.
